Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce processing time by 15%
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift operator certifications
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and metrics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
