Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Organize stock in a systematic manner to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification is a plus but not always required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF Guns).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
