Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
