Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet production deadlines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a rotating shift schedule.
