Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Prepare packages for shipping and manage outbound logistics.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and distribution goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
