Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of damaged or defective goods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
