Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Organize and stack materials in designated storage areas to optimize space and safety.
- Perform quality assurance checks on packages and shipments before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and preparation of customer orders for timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift certification is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
