Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway Drive facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
