Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify stock against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production targets.
- Perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
