Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and cross-functional teams
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Lead problem-solving for operational challenges in remote/hybrid environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with 2+ years in remote management
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Associates, HighJump)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Excellent communication abilities for remote team coordination
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
