Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Material Transport: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and raw materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for inventory tracking and shipping orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting inventory and processing orders.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
