Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training and certification.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
