Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using provided material handling equipment.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Package items securely for shipment or transfer to other departments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanner technology.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions (climate-controlled areas).
