Responsibilities
- Receiving & Staging: Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and stock items accurately onto shelves.
- Picking & Packing: Retrieve orders using RF scanners and prepare items for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by the shift.
- Inventory Maintenance: Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team members.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a basic drug screen and provide valid ID for employment eligibility.
