What You Will Do:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to move stock efficiently.
- Package, label, and stage goods for shipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Pack, label, and stage products for shipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels accurately.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and data entry.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training and safety certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Scottsdale facility.
