Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to pick lists and packing instructions with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Scan items using handheld RF scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
