Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and gather products from inventory shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and identify any potential damage.
- Package, label, and prepare items securely for shipping and delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Update inventory systems and process returns or adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
