Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and store raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain handling equipment to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging machinery
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
