Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all material handling tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (if required by state, otherwise willing to train).
