Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct counts.
- Organize stockpiles, pallets, and racks in the warehouse according to established safety and storage procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks before use.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to be trained on-site.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
