Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory movement and storage using WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
