Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Manage 15+ team members through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-Hour and Forklift Operator Certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
