Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 warehouse staff, including daily scheduling, performance management, and team development
- Implement lean principles to optimize receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory audits and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
