Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity standards
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification required
