Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Optimize inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and distribution teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity and cost control
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong analytical abilities for process optimization
- Forklift certification and equipment operation knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with DCMA or government logistics a plus
