Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform accurate inventory counts and data entry in WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) efficiently
- Implement lean principles to improve operational workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and digital documentation skills
