Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via our digital tracking system
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize storage solutions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility for hybrid work schedule (3 days remote admin/2 days on-site)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
