Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and power jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long durations.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
