Job Overview:
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within our Reno facility, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met at all times.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for this role.
