Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members using company-provided equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Implement lean practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams to meet delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
