As a Material Handler, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and shipments are processed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock organization.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is preferred (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
