Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Verify inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package and label products securely for shipment to local and national clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper storage of stock.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely, adhering to all operational protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
