Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock levels using handheld RF scanners.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for timely distribution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already held.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
