Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to and from shipping/receiving areas.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies against packing slips.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately and maintain logs.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label verification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
