Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high speed and precision using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before storage or shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements and inventory reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we offer training for the right candidate.
- Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer navigation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety.
