Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Organize storage areas and restock shelves to optimize workflow and accessibility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
