Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal flow.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Forklift certification (CDL A/B not required but a plus).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
