Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Locate and retrieve materials efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform basic maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
