Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed to meet customer deadlines.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum education requirement.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.
