Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise according to warehouse layout and inventory management systems.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory counts accurately.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure damaged goods are identified and reported.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
