Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (RF Scanners) to move stock efficiently.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping using proper packing materials.
- Perform daily inventory counts and update digital records in the WMS system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
