Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld RF scanners and WMS software.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate other warehouse machinery as required (e.g., cherry pickers, clamp trucks).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience or material handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
