Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies against packing lists.
- Sort, organize, and store materials in designated bins, racks, and shelves.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Forklift certification is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
