Responsibilities
- Move, select, pack, and ship products efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Ensure all items are accurately picked and packed to meet strict quality standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas to maintain an organized warehouse.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
