Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory by accurately scanning and recording stock movements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products before storage or shipment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
