Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain warehouse efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily tasks and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we assist with this process).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
