Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, or stack materials efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Load and unload products onto pallets, racks, and shelves using proper safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class 1, 3, or 4) with a valid certification card.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and completing reports.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
