Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse areas to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage zones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety procedures and attendance.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including pallet wrapping and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
