Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and apply appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks while verifying inventory against packing lists.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and KPIs.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
