Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies before processing.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing position.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
